Amanda Tidey is the Office Manager and is the lady who will deal with administration queries, new document deposits and sending documents back at need.
Lorna Clark deals with the direct debits.
Stephen Pett is the Managing Director who will deal with arrangements for solicitors, will writers etc who may wish to use our services.
Helpline Staff: your own will writer will provide you with a helpline number, which we will remind you of once a year. Should your Will writer etc retire or go out of business we have our own associated helpline service which you will then be welcome to use.
Peter Wallace and Stephen Pett provide our in house helpline service if you don’t have your own professional adviser.
